We are looking for enthusiastic Health Care Assistants to join the team at Holy Name Care Home. The main role will be to assist the Care leaders & Deputy Manager of the Residential Unit providing high quality care to the residents living within the home, with various conditions including specialised dementia care. Within the Intermediate Care unit assisting qualified nurses to deliver the prescribed care as indicated in the patient’s care plan working alongside a team of Health Care Assistants to ensure delivery of high-quality person centered care by promoting best practice within the Intermediate Care Team. Your main role will be to assist the Care leaders & Deputy Manager of the Residential unit in maintaining efficient and effective day to day operation of the home. Full and part time contracts available across days and nights working over 7 days including bank holidays.
